STEAMBUG is officially funded as a Transformus Art Grant! I am super excited. Of our total budget of $2442 (and basic budget excluding extraneous additions of generator, projector and lots of EL wire of $1452), Tranformus awarded us $599, the most they can offer any single recipient! This is fantastic, in that we can guarantee the main vehicle will get built, but it also means that we need to raise an additional $800 to $1800 to complete the project (including the sound trailer). Now that the Transformus Art Grant jury has concluded their verdict and we no longer need to remaion anonymous can reach out to directly to Philosopherz, Mysterians at large, and also to the Alchemy art grants at their party.
A comment on STEAMBUG being all capitals, I have written it this way to correspond to the future license plate it will have just as soon as I get it registered and back on the road.
